Do you think education is important in a person's life?

Personally, I think that education is the most important part of a person's life. I believe that to be successful in life, it is necessary to have a good education and, therefore, to obtain a degree. In order to tdo this, a person has to study a lot, pass all his/her exams and devote his time at school to his/her studies. Otherwise, that person will be wasting his/her time and, in the end of his/her school years, he/she will leave school without obtaining a degree and will not be able to get a good job in the future.
Besides, education is necessary to communicate with people from different cultures, and to get to know people better.
Nowadays teachers play an important role in our society with regard to children's education, since they spend a lot of time with them, and parents spend less and less time with their children.
In conclusion, I think that we should become aware of the importance of education in due time, and we shouldn't waste our time because, otherwise, we could regret it in the future.
